Elopement
Starts at $950Escape to a secluded oasis at Zoo Knoxville with our Elopement Package, designed for intimate celebrations. Accommodating up to 10 guests, our on-site coordinator will guide you through every detail of your special day. Exchange vows under a rustic wood or elegant metal arch with black folding chairs provided for your guests. Enjoy a one-hour rental of our serene ceremony space and access to dressing rooms for three hours. Afterward, embark on a half-hour photo tour around our scenic zoo grounds to capture unforgettable moments together.

Ceremony
Starts at $2000Celebrate your special day amidst the wild beauty of Zoo Knoxville with our Ceremony Only package! Accommodating up to 150 guests, enjoy the services of an on-site coordinator who ensures every detail is perfect. Exchange vows under a charming wood or metal arch with black folding chairs for seating. Enhance your ceremony with a welcome table and unity table setup. The one-hour rental of our picturesque ceremony space includes access to dressing rooms for three hours, as well as a half-hour photo tour to capture magical moments around the zoo grounds.

Dressing room access starts at 9:00am. Weddings can start one hour after the zoo closes, and end at 11:00pm. Vendors and wedding party must be off grounds by midnight. - Furniture & Decor
60″ round tables, black folding chairs, solid color floor length linens, and cloth napkins are included in your package. We also have votives, vases, signage, and archway options for decor. - Rental Meeting
Visit the All Occasions Showroom with your coordinator to decide linen colors, build a tablescape, plan layouts, and talk preliminary timelines. - Timeline Building
Your Wedding Day time is valuable, we’ll help you decide how to best budget your time throughout the day. - Tasting
Meet our masterful and creative Chef and taste options to build your menu. Buffets range from $25-36 per guest. **Outside catering is not permitted, with the exception of Cake. - Final Meeting
One month before your wedding day, join us for a walk through to confirm all the details of your special occasion. - Rehearsal Coordination
Invite your bridal party and family to a rehearsal so we can guide you through your ceremony. - Set Up & Break Down
Our crew will set up the chairs, tables, linens, rentals, and décor. All you have to do is show up and get ready! - Ceremony Coordination

Britney has worked with events at Zoo Knoxville since 2016. She has experience in both fine and casual dining. Creating the reception space is where she really shines. While you’re getting ready she is making all the magic happen behind the scenes. Her favorite part about weddings is seeing everything come together and knowing you have made someone’s dream day come true.

Miranda Long
Miranda has been a part of Zoo Knoxville since 2018 and found her love of weddings through her experiences as a Bridal Stylist. She has a servant’s heart and loves planning custom weddings that incorporate each couple’s story, pieces of their personality, and style throughout their ceremony and reception. She also has an amazing eye for color schemes and layering textures!
